• You agree that Norwich u3a is a self-help non-profit charity and your membership fee is a charitable donation that allows us operate and administer Norwich u3a. i.e. There is no contract to provide specific services to you.
   

• You wish to become part of the Norwich u3a community and automatically renew your membership annually by direct debit on Sep 1st each year. 
   

• You agree that we can securely store your personal information but only for the purposes of operating Norwich u3a e.g. to be able to send you a membership card and to keep you informed about events and activities that are offered as part of your membership.
   

• We will not share your personal data with any third parties, other than the Third Age Trust (who may share your information with the company who oversees the distribution of the u3a Trust's "Third Age Matters" national magazine). You can elect to change receiving this at any time by writing to membership@u3anor.org. NB: No direct debit bank details are held by U3A Norwich.
   

• You agree to abide by the terms of the U3A Norwich constitution (a copy of which can be seen here) and to abide by the aims and guiding principles of the U3A Movement and act in its best interest treating fellow members with respect at all times and complying with and supporting the decisions of the elected Committee
